SEAN HANNIGAN

Director of Operations

Sean is the Director of Operations for the Double Property Group and a Director and Shareholder of each of the Double Property Group Companies. Sean’s primary responsibilities within the Double Property Group includes the management of every aspect of property development from the planning stage through the construction of new developments to ensure it meets the standards we set for ourselves and our customers. Sean also oversees all the operations of Double H Construction the construction arm of the Double Property Group.

CLODAGH ROBINSON

Financial Controller

Clodagh is Financial Controller for the Double Property Group and is a Director and Shareholder of each of the Double Property Group companies. Her primary responsibilities within the Double Property Group include procurement and funding of projects, corporate governance and overall running of the group’s companies. Clodagh is a Chartered Accountant, being previously employed by EY as an Auditor and by Facebook as a Revenue Accountant.

MARTIN HEFFERNAN

Senior Consultant

Martin is the Double Property Group senior consultant for all projects. Martin joined the group in 2017 to provide his vast expertise in all aspects of property development from the planning stage through the construction of new developments. He is a Chartered Architect and has over 37 years experience in the property and construction industry. He is the CEO and founder of Solutions 4 Infrastructure www.s4i.ie.
