The Double Property Group (DPG) brings together two families The Hannigan’s and Hughes’s who have, over a 50-year period, a history of property development and business in Ireland. DPG is an Irish owned and managed Property Group delivering high standard and fit for purpose housing solutions in Ireland. 

Over the past eight years DPG has built its residential and commercial property portfolio specialising in bringing residential properties for social housing and accommodation for those seeking International Asylum to Ireland’s local and National Governments. 

The Group currently own 300+ residential units across Ireland with a combined value of €70m. This is in addition to properties being managed by the Group.

The Double Property Group also own a number of key development sites to the value of over €100 million across Dublin. Development of these sites is expected to be completed on a rolling basis over the coming 3 years
